# Bulk Edit

> How to update base data across multiple screenings at once using Bulk edit in Målbar LCA.

Bulk edit gives you a single point of access to review and update base data across multiple screenings in one streamlined workflow. Instead of opening each screening individually, you can make changes across your entire portfolio from one place.

## What you can do in Bulk edit

**Edit the following fields across multiple screenings:**

* Product name
* SKU
* EAN
* Screening type
* Total weight
* Country share
* Category
* Product replacement – Quality
* Product replacement – Logistics

**You can also:**

* Delete screenings
* Change the Screening type — even if the screening is used as a component
* Search screenings by name, SKU, or tags
* Filter by category, screening type, supplier location, or tags
* Clear all filters in one click

**You can also see:**

* Created at and Updated at timestamps
* Whether a screening is 'Imported' (primarily for former Excel tool users)
* Whether a screening is 'Used as a component'

<Note>
  Screenings that are in a final state (e.g. 'Under Review' or 'Verified') do not appear in Bulk edit. These are managed separately.
</Note>

## Using Bulk edit with Insights

Bulk edit works especially well together with Insights. Use Insights to identify which screenings are missing data or have the highest climate impact, then switch to Bulk edit to update them efficiently.

<Tip>
  If you are setting up the Tagging system for the first time, use Bulk edit to quickly review and tag all your existing screenings in one place — rather than opening each screening individually.
