# Export CSV

> How to export screening data as CSV from Målbar LCA — overview and detailed exports explained.

Målbar LCA gives you two different CSV export options depending on whether you need a high-level overview or a detailed breakdown of a single screening.

## Overview CSV — across all screenings

The Overview CSV gives you a high-level snapshot of all your screenings in one file. It is designed for quick overviews, prioritisation, and sharing progress with colleagues.

  <Step title="Go to the Screenings overview">
    Click **Screenings** in the top navigation bar.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select one or more screenings">
    Check the checkbox to the left of one or more screenings. The CSV export button will appear once at least one screening is selected.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click the CSV export button">
    Click the button that appears after selecting screenings.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the file">
    The file downloads to your computer and can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool.

  The CSV export button is only visible after you have selected at least one screening using the checkbox on the left.

## Detailed CSV — within a single screening

The Detailed CSV gives you a complete breakdown of everything inside a specific screening — all materials, components, packaging, routes, and results. It is designed for detailed analysis, documentation, and reporting.

    Click on the screening you want to export from the Screenings overview.

  <Step title="Click the download icon">
    Find the CSV export button inside the screening and click it.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the file">
    The file downloads to your computer with a full breakdown of all data in that screening.

<Tip>
  Use the two exports together: the **Overview CSV** to identify which products to focus on, and the **Detailed CSV** to document the full data behind a specific product.
