# Insights

> How to use Insights to get an overview of climate footprint data across all your screenings.

Insights gives you a unified overview of climate footprint results across your entire product portfolio. Instead of opening each screening individually, you can explore aggregated data, identify gaps, and prioritise where to focus your reduction efforts.

  Insights updates every hour, so your overview always reflects recent changes to your screenings.

## What you can do in Insights

* View summarised climate footprint results across all screenings
* Break down results by category, material, supplier location, or other dimensions
* Identify screenings with missing or incomplete data
* Spot which products or materials have the highest climate impact
* Use the data to prioritise reduction initiatives

## Navigating Insights

    Click **Insights** in the top navigation bar.

  <Step title="Explore the overview">
    The main view shows aggregated results across all your screenings. Use the filters and grouping options to drill down into specific segments — by category, supplier, screening type, or tags.

  <Step title="Identify gaps">
    Screenings with missing or incomplete data are flagged in the overview. These are products where your climate footprint calculations may be less accurate.

  <Step title="Act on the data">
    Once you have identified screenings that need attention, click through to the screening directly or use **Bulk edit** to update multiple screenings at once.

## Using Insights with Bulk edit

Insights and Bulk edit work well together. Use Insights to identify which screenings are missing data, then switch to Bulk edit to fill in the gaps across multiple screenings in one workflow.

  Sorting by impact in Insights helps you prioritise which products to work on first — focus on high-impact products where data quality improvements will make the biggest difference to your results.
