# Printable Reports

> How to download and use printable self-assessment reports and verified screening PDFs in Målbar LCA.

Målbar LCA lets you download two types of printable reports — self-assessment reports for any screening, and verification PDFs for verified screenings.

## Self-assessment report

A self-assessment report is a clear, visual summary of a screening's climate footprint results. It is designed to be shared with colleagues, used in meetings, or compared side by side with alternative screenings.

    Go to the Screenings overview and locate the screening you want to print.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Open the actions menu">
    Click the three dots (**...**) next to **View Results**.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Select 'Download self-assessment report'">
    Click the option from the dropdown. The report generates and downloads as a PDF.
  </Step>

<Tip>
  Download self-assessment reports for two alternative screenings — for example, one with different materials or a different production location — and view them side by side to compare the climate footprint impact of each option.

## Verification PDF

Once a screening has been third-party verified by Målbar's engineering team, you can download an official verification PDF. This document is suitable for external reporting, product documentation, and sharing with customers and partners.

    Go to the Screenings overview and click on a verified screening.

  <Step title="Download the PDF">
    Click **Download verification (pdf)** in the top right corner.

<Note>
  The verification PDF is only available for screenings that have been reviewed and approved by Målbar's LCA engineers. See the [Verification guide](/guides/verification) for information on how to submit a screening for verification.
