Bulk edit gives you a single point of access to review and update base data across multiple screenings in one streamlined workflow. Instead of opening each screening individually, you can make changes across your entire portfolio from one place.

What you can do in Bulk edit

Edit the following fields across multiple screenings:
  • Product name
  • SKU
  • EAN
  • Screening type
  • Total weight
  • Country share
  • Category
  • Product replacement – Quality
  • Product replacement – Logistics
You can also:
  • Delete screenings
  • Change the Screening type — even if the screening is used as a component
  • Search screenings by name, SKU, or tags
  • Filter by category, screening type, supplier location, or tags
  • Clear all filters in one click
You can also see:
  • Created at and Updated at timestamps
  • Whether a screening is ‘Imported’ (primarily for former Excel tool users)
  • Whether a screening is ‘Used as a component’
Screenings that are in a final state (e.g. ‘Under Review’ or ‘Verified’) do not appear in Bulk edit. These are managed separately.

How to use Bulk edit

1

Open Bulk edit

Go to the Screenings overview and click Bulk edit in the top right area.
2

Find the screenings you want to update

Use the search bar to find screenings by name, SKU, or tags. Use the filters to narrow down by category, screening type, supplier location, or tags.
3

Edit the fields

Click directly into any editable cell and update the value. You can edit multiple screenings and multiple fields before saving.
4

Save your changes

When you are done, click the green Save Changes button in the bottom-right corner. All changes are applied at once.
Changes are not saved until you click Save Changes. If you navigate away before saving, your edits will be lost.

Using Bulk edit with Insights

Bulk edit works especially well together with Insights. Use Insights to identify which screenings are missing data or have the highest climate impact, then switch to Bulk edit to update them efficiently.
If you are setting up the Tagging system for the first time, use Bulk edit to quickly review and tag all your existing screenings in one place — rather than opening each screening individually.
