Packaging covers all materials used to pack and ship your product. The master box dimensions are mandatory — all other packaging measurements are optional.
1

Click 'Add packaging'

In your screening, click Add packaging to add a packaging material.
2

Search for and name the material

Search for the packaging material you need, click on it, and enter a recognisable label name.
3

Enter the weight

Type the weight of the packaging material.
4

Select production location

Choose the location where the packaging material is produced — for example, “Location of plastic bag production”.
5

Save the packaging

Click Update packaging to save.
6

Add a master box

Click Add master box and select the appropriate box type — for example, “Cardboard box with 4 colour print, bleached”.
Master box dimensions are mandatory. You cannot complete a screening without them.
7

Enter label name and weight

Enter a recognisable label name and the weight of the master box.
8

Add all measurements

Fill in the full dimensions of the master box (length, width, height).
Depending on the packaging material, you may see options like “Products per [material]” or “[material] per product”. For example, Polystyrene foam (EPS) is typically entered as pieces per product — e.g. 4 pieces of EPS foam (one in each corner of the box).
9

Enter master boxes per pallet

Type the number of master boxes that fit on one pallet.
10

Check production location

If the default cardboard box production location is incorrect, deselect it and choose the correct one.
11

Save the master box

Click Update master box to save.
